Responsibilities
- Assist in handling full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, training plan, employee’s attendances, employee disciplinary issue, etc.
- Handling the new employee on first day including registration to the system.
- Arrangement HR Orientation to new employee (DL).
- Monitoring the employee monthly attendances in the system.
- Assist in HR administration work to compliance the ISO requirements.
- To liaise with government statutory bodies (EPF/SOCSO/LHDN/JTK/GH, etc…) for legal & administrative requirements when necessary.
- Assist in handling employee’s complaints from time to time.
- To cover Receptionist when required.
- To perform any other duties as appointed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in HRM or any related management courses.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR work experience in the manufacturing industry. ...
