Job Descriptions:
Oversee daily administrative operations (office, facilities, security, and general services)
Manage company facilities, utilities, maintenance, and vendor services
Ensure compliance with local regulations, licenses, and statutory requirements
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Majlis, BOMBA, DOE, etc.)
Develop and implement admin policies, SOPs, and process improvements
Manage office budgets, procurement, and cost control initiatives
Oversee company assets, inventory, and workplace environment
Lead workplace safety, cleanliness, and employee welfare initiatives
