Supports operations by supervising the whole Admin Department thru planning, coordinating administrative procedures and systems and to ensure that the day-to‑day operations run smoothly.
Creates, improves and implements company polices, programs and procedures related to company administration.
Ensures proper maintenance and housekeeping of the Company's premises.
Performs periodic Admin personnel job performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsible for the safety and security of the company.
Acts as Head of Security.
Assessing the Security Officer's (OIC) job performance.
Reviews and approves service provider contracts for the Department.
Creates, reviews and revises Admin SOPs and policies.
