Position Overview
Responsibilities - Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. purchasing supplies).
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
- Take charge of food catering and ensure setup for school events.
- Handle counter duties, attend to telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
- Adhoc request as assigned by reporting officers.
Requirements - Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duration / Working Hours 1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
