Position Overview
Seeking a proactive individual to provide administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to support placements
- Update jobseeker records in internal systems
- Verify and schedule appointments via e-booking systems
- Assign and track case requests
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on enquiries
- Support reporting, statistics generation, and general administrative tasks
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- O Level and above
- Able to communicate in English and a second language
- Prior customer service experience (including handling challenging situations) is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems
