Administrative support in creating purchase and service orders, monitor good deliveries and budget tracking
Administrative support for Department (Eg. Events organisation, venue bookings, F&B bookings, corporate gifts procurement, courier services etc)
Raise Purchase Orders, manual billing requests, invoicing, monitor goods and services delivery and processing of payments for Department
Monitoring, processing and condemnation of assets for Department
To support any other ad hoc marketing, PO issuance (eg. voucher top-up, printing jobs in support of marketing activities) and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
3 to 5 years relevant working experience
Minimum good Polytechnic diploma or GCE A-level or IB or equivalent passes.
