- Daily Monitoring Support
- Assist in daily monitoring of customer systems using monitoring platforms
- Identify basic system status (normal / offline / low performance)
- Record monitoring findings accurately in tracking sheets
- Data Entry & Updates
- Update customer system data in Google Sheets / internal databases
- Maintain organised and accurate records for monitoring and service follow-ups
- Assist in preparing simple monitoring summaries when required
- Customer Service Assistance
- Support the customer service team by providing updated system information
- Assist in drafting basic customer updates (under guidance)
- Help follow up on pending monitoring-related cases
- Admin Support
- Organise monitoring records, reports, and screenshots
