Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative and clerical duties including pprocess and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform system entries for Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Assist in preparing all necessary shipping documents.
- Able to work independently, good communication skills, responsibility, hardworking and with good attendance.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
