About the job Admin cum Receptionist (Bishan) Administrative Support
Perform HR‑related administrative tasks (e.g., appointment of flexi‑adjunct teachers, leave tracking, issuance of door access cards) using relevant HR/IT systems
Maintain staff contact lists, organisation charts, parking records, and other HR data
Support onboarding and exit processes for school staff
Handle courier/postage matters and general office filing/documentation
Assist with ad‑hoc administrative duties as part of the admin team
Counter Services (Approx. 30%)
Manage General Office counter, walk‑ins, and calls; record queries for follow‑up
Assist students who are unwell
Communicate with staff, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student matters
Requirements
Minimum 3 GCE O level passes including English (C6 or better) or equivalent
