Assist in workers' payroll-related matters Handle work pass administration (application, renewal, cancellation, issuance) Manage HR processes from onboarding to offboarding (work permit workers) Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Administer training activities and maintain training records Oversee general office administration (pantry, stationery, equipment) Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements
Diploma in any discipline Minimum 1 years of relevant HR / Admin experience Familiar with work pass and payroll processes preferred Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Independent, proactive, and able to multitask Why Join Us
