Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Admin cum Bookkeeper to join our team.
Job Description - Maintain up-to-date daily financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Monitor, record, and reconcile company expenses and receipts.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts politely and professionally.
- Assist with an organized physical and digital filing system for corporate documents, contracts, and financial records.
- Provide general administrative support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform any other administrative duties and ad-hoc jobs assigned by management.
Job Requirements - Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to handle paperwork responsibly.
