Position Overview
Location: Bedok North Working Hours/Date: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm Salary: $2300 - $2700 (Depends on experience) Job Responsibilities . Handle daily administrative and accounting functions . Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers . Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . Maintain proper filing and documentation of records . Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and office coordination . Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external parties . Perform data entry and prepare simple reports . Assist in HR administrative duties including MOM submissions when required . Support general office operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by management Job Requirements . Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline . Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Admin & Accounts role, .
