Position Overview
Human Resources - Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes, including contracts and documentation.
- Maintain HR records, staff files, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and leave/attendance monitoring.
- Help monitor staff conduct and workplace discipline.
- Submission of insurance claims and monitoring the status.
- Arrangement of vehicle inspection, insurance, road tax and VPC renewal.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
- No experience needed, training will be provided.
Requirements - Strong command of written and spoken, capable of independent correspondence.
