Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
● Multitask , responsible, self- motivated and able to work independently
● Handling daily affairs , organizing works and summarizing.
● Assist with administrative tasks such as filling, data entry, and document preparation as needed
● Efficiently report to superior and task given
● Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
● Support other departments with documentation needs and updates
● Perform any other ad hoc task assigned by company from time to time
Requirements:
● Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, or related field.
● Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
● Able to work independently with minimum supervision
● Attention to detail and accuracy
● Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS office ( Words, Excel , Power point etc)
● Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandrian.
