Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads.
Maximise sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs.
Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional info on our residential solar photovoltaic solutions, and managing customers’ expectations.
Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment.
Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured.
