Admin Assistant
to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the
West

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm Location: Penjuru Lane Transportation Provided (Bishan/ Serangoon/ Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East) Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to HR Operations. Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries. Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in guests. Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas. Manage visitor records, deliveries, and incoming mails.
