Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, record keeping and managing phone correspondence.
Maintain and update customer and vendor records in the company system.
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Manage import and export documentation, including permits, AVA health certificate applications, packing lists and export invoices.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and other logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Assist with stock management and conduct inventory checks as required.
Compile and report Greenhouse Gas (GHG) data to the Finance department.
Provide support to other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
