Position Overview
Job Scope:
- Prepare, pack and scan physical files for digitisation
- Maintain and update file listings and records in Microsoft Excel
- Upload, verify and perform quality checks on scanned documents
- Coordinate file collection and delivery with vendors
- Transfer and manage documents via NAS portal when required
- Pack, catalogue and update inventory for storage files (carton numbers, security tags)
- Support file disposal process, documentation and witness disposal activities when needed
- Sort and process outgoing mail and registered mail (e.g. SingPost)
- Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - Able to lift up to 15kg cartons
- Meticulous with good attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Able to maintain and update records accurately
