Position Overview

Job Description

Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks if requested.
Record customer order in system
Ensure sales advisor complete and sign all loan submission and registration paperwork in the booking file and order form.
Generate insurance and process new registrations in the company and system.
Verifying orders including customer's personal information and payment details.
Manage and maintain proper record for vehicles and files of all the customers are accurate and up to date.
Contact GWM HQ via email or phone for any issues relating system and other processing issues if needed.
Generate monthly reports and monitor car renewal for road tax and insurance.
Monitor and ensure timely disbursement from banker.
Follow up on downpayment collection from sales advisor within time frame.
Liaise with runner for vehicle inspection (PUSPAKOM)
