You will support our client's office operations by managing administrative tasks and handling document submissions and collections with banks and the Chamber of Commerce.
Responsibilities - Manage administrative tasks to support smooth office operations at Robinson Road, Singapore
- Submit and collect documents accurately and timely from banks to ensure compliance and transaction efficiency
- Submit and collect documents accurately and timely from the Chamber of Commerce to facilitate business processes
- Communicate effectively with external parties to coordinate document handling and resolve issues
- Maintain organized records of submitted and collected documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Other Information - Location: Robinson Road, Singapore
- Work Week: Monday to Friday (Part-time)
- Work Timing: To be discussed
- Salary: Up to $1300 per month
