Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office operations
- Manage filing, documentation, and data entry tasks
- Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other administrative documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
- Assist in loan application processing and documentation
- Follow up with clients, banks, and related parties regarding loan matters
- Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed
- Support HR and management in administrative coordination
- Monitor office supplies and maintain a proper filing system
- Assist in basic accounting or payment-related administrative tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
