Position Overview
Smart Start Kindergarten, a leading Early Years Centre following the American curriculum, is seeking an administration assistant who is proficient in English and can take care of day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office support.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English.
- Holding a valid visa, sponsored by spouse or own visa preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working in a pre-school or school environment (preferred).
- Available to start from April 2023.
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30a.m. – 5.00p.m.; Sunday, 9.00a.m. – 1.30p.m.
