About our client Our client is a Singapore-based Construction and Civil Engineering company.
About the role Provides administrative, HR operational, and worker coordination support across HQ and project sites. Ensures proper documentation, attendance management, onboarding processing, logistics arrangements and compliance with HR procedures.
Worker & Site Administration - Manage SIC enrolment and Salesforce profiles
- Track attendance, process leave, and handle passport matters
- Arrange medical check-ups and manage dormitory matters
General Administration - Attend to calls and visitors
- Handle filing, mail, invoices, and support audits
Office & Logistics Coordination - Arrange transport, air tickets, and accommodation
- Apply for entry passes
- Manage office supplies
