We’re seeking an Admin Assistant to manage departmental communications, process physical and digital documentation, conduct daily sanctions checks, maintain client account records, support financial statement reviews, liaise with hospitals on billing matters, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth claims operations.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee departmental and administrative email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper organization.
- Collect physical mail, digitize documents through scanning, and distribute via email.
- Conduct daily World Check sanctions reviews for claims submitted in the system.
- Create and update client bank account details within the system.
- Assist senior administrative executives in verifying statements of account.
