Position Overview
Admin and Customer Service Officer Location: Redhill, Lengkok Bahru
Working hours: Mon to Thurs – 8am to 5.30pm, Fri – 8am to 5pm
Contract: 3+9 months
Salary: $2,760 - $2,900
Responsibilities - Addressing members of public queries over the phone and via emails
- Attending to walk-in clients
- Providing administrative support to the quality service team as needed
- Any other duties assigned by the Quality Service Manager
Requirements - Singaporean
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems
- Organised with good time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Passionate about serving the community
