Position Overview
Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Duties - Manage daily office operations and supplies
- Handle daily correspondences, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) for company documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings and company events
- Support management with ad‑hoc administrative duties
2. Accounts - Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Record expenses, issue invoices, monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Prepare project costing reports
3. HR & Payroll - Process monthly payroll (including overtime and claims)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits
