Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support both financial and administrative functions. This role is suited for a hands‑on individual who can work independently in a fast‑paced SME environment.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance - Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger
- Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Assist in GST reporting and compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants
Administrative & Operational Duties - Manage day‑to‑day office administration and operations
