Admin + Accounts Executive / 5 Days work week / West (Pioneer)
*salary negotiable depending on years of relevant experience*
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 6.30pm
Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
We are looking for administrative staff who are
- Highly organized, responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks independently in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of POS software is a plus
- Diploma Holder
- Experience in the F&B industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities General Administrative Support - Handle daily administrative duties, data entry, filing and office correspondence
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, customers, tenants and internal teams to address inquiries and provide updates
