Adjunct Lecturer - Biological Sciences (College Now Program)
**FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT**
The College Now Program at Kingsborough Community College seeks Adjunct Lecturers to teach Biological Science courses in the College Now Program. The successful candidates will teach BIO 18: The Biology of the Human Body, BIO 37: Human Genetics, BIO 39: Biology of Aging, BIO 61: Research Methods, BIO 70: The Science of Nutrition, SCI 1: Issues and Adventures in Science.
**BIO 18: The Biology of the Human Body (3 credits, 3 hour college level course open to junior and/or senior students)**
This course will offer a one-semester overview of anatomy and physiology of all organ systems of the human body. The interrelationships between organ systems will be emphasized to provide a holistic view, practical applications to healthcare and reinforcement of health literacy skills.
