The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking a working professional with expertise and primary position in the area of real estate finance and urban economics. The candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses with content focused on the economic and financial aspects of real estate development and investment. Topics include financial analysis, cost of capital, market analysis, and methods of financial analysis. The candidate should also be able to teach methods to evaluate combinations of financing, including across the public and private sectors, and theoretical and institutional issues inherent in such financial arrangements.
