Job Description

The Department of Language, Literature, and Arts is seeking a p art-time faculty on the San Antonio campus. The successful candidate will direct a lower-division undergraduate section of mariachi ensemble. Mode of delivery is face-to-face and may include day or night classes.


Salary: $3,000 per 3-credit course.


Required Education and Experience:
+ Master's Degree in Music or Music Education, or a related field, from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent mariachi performing and coaching experience.
+ A minimum of 18 graduate hours in music or related field.
