Addiction Medicine Social Worker - Contingent - Days Jackson

General Summary

The Addiction Medicine Social Worker is responsible for providing high quality psychiatric and/or chemical dependency services as qualified in an ambulatory clinic setting within a region of the business unit. Services most commonly include evaluations along with individual, group, co-joint, family, and didactic therapy. As qualified, the Social Worker may also provide crisis intervention services for adult individuals and couples, families, adolescents, and children.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

+ Graduation from an accredited school of social work with a Master's Degree required
+ Two to Four (2-4) years post master's experience in Ambulatory Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder Clinics preferred


CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
+ Current Licensed Master Social Work

+ Must have a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) c...
