Job Description

We are looking for an Actuarial Consultant that has experience within General Insurance. The role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Requirments: • 3 – 8 years’ experience in General Insurance, either in pricing, capital modelling or valuations. • Experience with SAM, ORSA’s, valuations and solvency calculations. • Strong work ethic and highly motivated. • Good progress with exams or qualified. • Strong actuarial technical skills. • Good communication skills. • Calculating technical provisions including IBNR, UPR, AURR etc. based on IFRS 4 and IFRS 17.
