Queensway House is a care home registered to provide accommodation and nursing care for up to 80 residents. Located in Hemel Hempstead, Queensway is located near to shopping centres as well as major transport hubs.

Each one of our residents enjoys unique, personalised care, designed to make their stay with us as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. What does the role involve? + To build friendships with our residents that help them adjust to life in a care home.

+ Deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional manner. + Maintain good communication levels with Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef and relatives to ensure smooth operation of role and high levels of co-operation.

+ Complete records where required to a satisfactory standard. Agree the type and quantity of record keeping with the manager on a monthly basis.
