Position Overview
This is a full‑time role (42.5 hours per week). As an Activities Coordinator at HC-One you will plan and implement engaging activities for residents, support the Home Manager with fundraising events, and foster social interaction within the care home team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a range of activities that meet residents' interests and needs.
- Support the Home Manager in organising and running fundraising events.
- Encourage and facilitate social engagement among residents and the care team.
- Maintain accurate activity records and reports.
- Identify and record any safeguarding concerns, report and activate appropriate procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience working with vulnerable or older adults, ideally in activity development.
