We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and growth-minded Activation Director, SEO to join our Activation Team. This team includes digital media experts, traditional media buyers, and ad operations specialists. This role requires a seasoned SEO leader with deep expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, search visibility, analytics, and evolving search behavior.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment, guide teams, solve complex challenges, and confidently communicate with executive stakeholders. You will lead strategic SEO initiatives while helping evolve the organization’s SEO offering across traditional search, AI-driven search, and emerging generative experiences.
