As Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technical operations—guiding multi‑disciplinary teams, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring our projects are delivered with precision, quality and purpose.

You will:

• Champion engineering and design excellence across every stage of project delivery
• Lead, mentor and empower a talented engineering department
• Allocate expertise strategically to maximise capability and performance
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, becoming a key voice in project success

About You

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in nuclear or regulated industries.
