Summary About the Position: This Acquisition Analyst position is located at Aberdeen Test Center, S-8 RM Directorate with duty location of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. (merit) The incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the target level of NH-03, upon meeting the following requirements: (a) satisfactory demonstration of ability to perform the work at the higher level; (b) recommendation for promotion by supervisor; and (c) all applicable OPM qualifications.
