Tasks
- Product and Accessories knowledge/FAQ of Mahindra and Competition – including application and benefits to customer
- Communicates effectively, especially in problem situations by phone, mail, e-mail, and face-to-face.
- Listens actively to understand the stated and unstated needs of the customer
- Ability to influence customer
- Effective planning (of accessories) and daily work management
- Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)DMS operation
