Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of junior bookkeepers responsible for data entry and routine bookkeeping tasks.
Allocate tasks, review team output, and ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
Design and manage workflows to ensure timely and efficient task execution.
Establish and enforce bookkeeping best practices in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
