Overview:

A manufacturing company in Westfield, IN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 6-month, project-based contract role. This position is fully onsite and will focus on supporting core AR functions during a critical period.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Generate and process customer billing/invoices accurately and timely

+ Post daily cash receipts and perform cash applications

+ Prepare and deliver customer statements

+ Reconcile customer accounts and research/resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare and process bank deposits

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and collections processes
