About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to support a busy office environment in Waterloo. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while balancing transactional and administrative responsibilities.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

+ Handle high-volume, in-person customer interactions in a fast-paced environment

+ Accept and process payments (cash, check, credit card) accurately

+ Serve as a “catch-all” resource—assisting customers and directing them to the appropriate department (billing, service setup, etc.)

+ Process mail-in payments during slower periods

+ Manage inbound calls, assisting with:

+ Payment arrangements

+ Account extensions

+ General account inquiries
