We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing construction organization in Fort Worth, Texas on a contract to permanent basis! This position will focus on managing receivables, supporting accurate financial records, and helping maintain healthy customer account balances. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound reconciliation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively while resolving payment issues.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare accrual entries and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger balances with the general ledger to support accurate financial reporting.

• Post journal entries and complete month-end and year-end account reconciliations in a timely manner.

• Generate and review aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and highlight priority accounts.
