Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a well-established oil and gas services organization in Conroe, Texas on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. This position plays an important role in managing invoicing, collections, and project closeout activities for service and installation work. The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations, project teams, and customers to help maintain accurate billing records and support timely payment processing.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, bills of lading, and related backup documentation for completed service and installation projects.
• Review open receivables regularly, communicate with customers regarding past-due balances, and help drive prompt payment activity.
