Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing and receivables operations for customers in the U.S. and international markets in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position will focus on accurate invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliation, and collections coordination while helping maintain strong financial controls. The role also partners with accounting and finance teams to support close activities, contract compliance, and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities:
• Create and issue customer invoices on schedule for recurring charges, milestone-based work, and special billing requests.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and related documents to ensure each invoice aligns with agreed commercial terms and requirements.
