Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – BillingPosition Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Billing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting efficient AR processes. Your ability to analyze discrepancies, communicate effectively, and manage high-volume transactions will directly contribute to the organization’s financial health and operational success.
Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices in accordance with contracts and service delivery

+ Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections

+ Post daily cash receipts and investigate/resolve any discrepancies

+ Submit and manage disputes through customer portals
