Cash count on CISCO scheduled days to ensure accurate tabulations of collections and bank duties . Ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds . Support invoicing team and liaise with business units in providing technical solutions Monthly Duties . Download monthly data and reports from SMS system . Prepares month close journal entries . Prepares and checking of AR entries . Prepares and checking of revenue, scholarship, discount entries . Prepares audit schedules, bank reconciliation and analytical file .
