Accounts Payable Consultant (Remote)
Job Description
This interim Accounts Payable Supervisor role supports the accounts payable team while the current manager is on leave. You will oversee day-to-day AP operations, guide two junior specialists, and handle a high volume of domestic and international payments. The position is fully remote and requires deep hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (D365), nonprofit accounting, and complex payables processes, including ACH, international wires, and journal entries.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee the daily accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of approximately 150 invoices per week.

+ Process invoices end-to-end, including verification, coding, approvals, and entry into Dynamics 365 (D365).
