Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join an exciting organization in Syracuse, New York. This position allows for remote flexibility 1-2 days/week. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain compliance with company policies and support vendor relationships.


Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments efficiently while adhering to established financial policies and procedures.

• Manage supplier information and ensure accurate maintenance of vendor accounts.

• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data for seamless financial operations.

• Handle purchase order invoices, including verification of quantities, pricing, ledger coding, posting, and filing.

• Prepare outgoing payments by reviewing invoices, running totals, posting transactions, and organizing checks for mailing.
