Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable to print, review, reconcile and allocate to job costs and vouchers into the accounting system expense reports and UPS weekly voucher billings, LTL freight invoices in a multi‑site system. In this role you will also help with various audits, month‑end and year‑end close (as needed).

Key Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices, match to purchase orders and packing slips, research and resolve discrepancies, and voucher into the accounting system.
• Reconcile and post accounts payable batches in the accounting system.
• Print, review, reconcile, allocate to job costs, and voucher into the accounting system expense reports for field service jobs.
